CORONAVIRUS RESPONSE FROM MAPLE GEL CON
Maple Gel Con Postponed To 2021
Due to the developing nature of coronavirus we have made the decision to postpone Maple Gel Con 5 until 2021. This is not a cancellation, we are doing what we believe is best for all parties involved.
Those that have bought tickets will have the options of rolling over your tickets for 2021 or emailing us at maplegelguild@gmail.com for a full refund. These refunds include the fees charged by Eventbee.
We have been in constant communication with the Holiday Inn Toronto - Airport East about how to handle the reservations already in place. You will be able to cancel your bookings by emailing Pari (p.sambasivan@yyzae.com) and requesting your room be cancelled.
This postponement does not mean we will not be doing anything in 2020 with our Guild. We are looking into the following options.

Let’s Play Live Streams on our Twitch (https://www.twitch.tv/maplegelguild),
Renting a community centre for a day of Tales Gaming (should restrictions on gatherings lift),
Smaller Meetup Days.
While we may be postponed for this year, that means we have more to look forward to for 2021. If you have any questions please reach out to us.
